Shipping Providers who are registered on the DroppingBy.com website are expected to offer a high level of service and therefore must
prove they are able to do this by passing a strict inspection process.
They must all complete a strict 10-point inspection process in order to become a 'Verified' Shipping Provider on DroppingBy.com.
Shipping Providers who have not yet completed this inspection process are unable to bid on any shipments; therefore you should feel
comfortable knowing that all your bids received are from verified providers. It is clearly displayed on the Shipping Providers profile
that they are in fact verified.
Feedback system to help you know a shipping provider's reputation
Shippers are able to leave feedback for Shipping Providers after a transaction on DroppingBy.com. Shippers choose positive, neutral or
negative feedback with a comment on how they conducted themselves during the transaction. You can review a Shipping Provider's
feedback about previous conduct on DroppingBy.com when you're deciding whether or not to accept their bid.
Shipping Providers will leave feedback for you in the same way.
Secure payment processes
When you accept a bid, you are asked to pay a small 5% refundable deposit. This is paid to DroppingBy.com and not directly to the
Shipping Provider. This means that in the rare instance when a Shipping Provider is unable to ship your items due to a problem caused by
them, your deposit will be refunded to you.
All payments on the website are using the highly secure PayPal system. You can either pay using your PayPal account or by entering a
valid Credit Card.
Dispute resolution
The majority of problems with transactions are caused because of communication issues. We therefore recommend talking to your Shipping
Provider in a patient and friendly manner as this will usually resolve most disputes.
If you're unable to resolve the problem this way, then DroppingBy.com's Dispute Centre can be used. Both you and the Shipping Provider
can put your points across and if needed DroppingBy.com will decide an outcome based on the information given by both parties.
